Roadrunner Executive Tower
Designed to promote productivity, creativity, and connection within the community
Roadrunner Executive Tower is a new construction project located in San Antonio, Texas, near the junction of UTSA Boulevard and University Pass. The main structure is a 180ft x 220ft two story building that is steel framed and supported by a suspended reinforced concrete foundation. The first floor will be occupied by study areas and conference rooms available for the public to rent and access, while the second floor will be offices reserved for businesses to lease (as tenants). The project also includes a parking lot and detention pond.
